The Press Conference of the Fourth Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress will be held around 15:00 on 10 March (Friday) in the Press Room on the First Floor of the Great Hall of the People. Minister Xu Guanhua of Science and Technology, Vice Chairman Zhang Xiaoqiang of the National Development and Reform Commission, Vice Minister Zhao Qinping of Education and Assistant-Minister of Finance Zhang Shaochun will be willing to answer the questions on Building an Innovation-oriented Country. Journalists from China and overseas are welcome.
